We have a really great team at Broadwindsor Community Stores, with three members of staff who make sure things run smoothly and stock the shop with what our customers like, a group of volunteers who work at the till or help stack shelves, and a management committee helping the shop manager.

Our volunteers make our community shop the success that it is.

Volunteering works both ways. The shop is open every day thanks to the team and our volunteers enjoy doing their bit for the community, getting to know their neighbours and keeping busy for as little as two hours a week or more if they can.
